Delete your data
Last updated 13 October 2026
routineQ doesn’t have accounts yet, so there is no account to delete. Your routines and history live on your phone, and you can delete them yourself in seconds.
Delete data on your phone
- Open routineQ, then Profile › Settings › Data & storage.
- Tap Clear history to delete every saved session.
- Tap Clear routines to delete your routines and weekly schedule.
- Or uninstall routineQ, which deletes all of its data from your phone.
If backup is on for your Google account, a copy may remain in your Android device backup, which Google stores under your account. You can delete it in your Google account’s backup settings.
Delete subscription records
routineQ’s subscription service, RevenueCat, keeps a random ID for your installation and any purchases made with it. To have these deleted, email support@routineq.com from any address. So we can find the records, include the purchase date and the order number from your Google Play receipt (it starts with GPA.), if you have one.
We delete the records within 30 days and confirm by email. Google keeps its own records of Google Play purchases under Google’s policies. Deleting data doesn’t cancel a subscription: cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
When accounts arrive
Sign-in and cloud sync are planned for routineQ Pro. When they launch, you will be able to delete your account and all of its synced data from inside the app, or by emailing support@routineq.com from the email address of your account. This page will be updated before that release.
