routineQ

Terms of service

Last updated 13 October 2026

In short:

  • routineQ is a timer, not medical advice. Exercise and breathing routines are at your own risk.
  • Pro is a Google Play subscription that renews until you cancel it in Google Play.
  • Your routines are yours. The app, its templates, and its exercise library are licensed to you to use, not to copy.

These terms are an agreement between you and the routineQ team, based in Pakistan (“we”, “us”), for the routineQ Android app and the website at routineq.com (together, “routineQ”). By installing or using routineQ, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use routineQ. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.

Who can use routineQ

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live, or have a parent or guardian agree to them for you.

Health and safety

routineQ times the routines you choose and shows exercise descriptions and pictures for general information. It is not medical, fitness, or health advice, and it doesn’t replace a doctor, physiotherapist, or qualified trainer. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise or breathing practice, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition.

Stop right away if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, or shortness of breath. Breathing exercises can make some people light-headed: breathe normally if that happens, and don’t do them while driving, in water, or anywhere a loss of attention could be dangerous. You are responsible for choosing exercises, weights, and times that are safe for you, and for your surroundings while you exercise.

Your license to use routineQ

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use routineQ on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial purposes, under these terms and the rules of Google Play. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute the app or its content; extract, scrape, or republish the exercise library or templates; reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it; or use routineQ to break the law.

Your content

The routines, schedules, notes, and history you create belong to you. They are stored on your phone, and you are responsible for keeping them, for example with Android’s device backup.

Exercise library and third-party services

The exercise library uses data and pictures from RepDB (repdb.co) under its license. Purchases go through Google Play, and subscriptions are managed with RevenueCat. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

routineQ Pro

  • Billing. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, billed by Google Play to your Google account at the price shown in the app before you buy, including any taxes Google applies.
  • Renewal and cancellation. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. Cancel any time in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions; Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Free trials. If a plan includes a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
  • Refunds. Payments are handled by Google, so refunds follow Google Play’s refund policies. If something went wrong, write to support@routineq.com and we will help where we can.
  • Price changes. If the price of your plan changes, Google Play will tell you in advance, as its policies require, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
  • Features. Pro includes the features described in the app at the time you subscribe. Features marked “coming soon” are planned but not promised for a particular date, and we may improve or change Pro features over time.

Accounts

Sign-in with Google and cloud sync are coming to routineQ Pro. An account is optional and is for your own use only. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time, in the app or by email; our privacy policy explains what is deleted and when. We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms or to misuse routineQ’s service.

The beta

While routineQ is in beta, every Pro feature is free until 30 November 2026, and things may change, break, or be removed as we improve the app. After the beta, Pro features need a subscription. Your routines and sessions stay saved either way.

Changes and availability

We may update, change, or stop offering routineQ or any part of it. We don’t promise that routineQ will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Disclaimer

routineQ is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for injury arising from exercises or routines you choose to do, or for lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to routineQ is limited to the amount you paid for routineQ Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending these terms

You can stop using routineQ at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any subscription. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for significant changes we will also tell you in the app. Continuing to use routineQ after a change means you accept the updated terms.
